The Yakima Folklife Festival is held in the Yakima Valley Museum and adjacent Franklin Park and all events are free to the public. There are over 60 performance acts and the audience is around 10,000 (for the entire festival).The festival is always held on the second full weekend in July.  

 

Festival at the Park:
Music & dance performances will be set up on three outdoor stages and the Yakima Valley Museum's Great Hall Stage at Yakima’s Franklin Park.

 

Downtown Performances:

Special Friday Night Concert at The Capitol Theatre's 4th Street Theatre, performance by L'Esprit Creole.  

 

Concerts are showcased Friday and Saturday night at the Capitol's 4th St Theatre,  Yakima Sports Center, Bob's Keg & Cork, Mike Bastinelli's Rusillo's Pizza, Kana Winery, Bill's Place, and the North Town Coffeehouse.
